Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking a Licensed Behavior Consultant (BC-ABA) to provide one-on-one ABA services to children and adolescents in Pennsylvania. The role includes assessments, treatment planning, supervision of BHT-ABAs, and collaboration with families and schools to drive learner outcomes.

The position emphasizes ongoing professional development, paid training, and opportunities for BCBA supervision toward fieldwork requirements.

Qualifications

• Valid PA Behavior Specialist License (LBS) required.
• BCBA Certification preferred.
• Master's degree in a mental health field with 1 year paid experience working with children/adolescents.
• PA Child Abuse, Criminal, and FBI clearances within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, direct ABA services to children/adolescents.
• Develop evidence-based Individualized Treatment Plans (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS).
• Direct and supervise paraprofessionals (BHT-ABAs) through training and feedback.
• Train caregivers and collaborate with schools on learner-focused outcomes, participate in IEP/CASSP meetings.
