Job summary

Apple ABA in Kansas is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs and supervise RBTs. The role emphasizes client-centered planning, ongoing training, and collaboration with families to drive meaningful outcomes in kids’ lives.

You will oversee assessments, adjust treatment goals, and ensure adherence to ethical standards while supporting professional development within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Current LBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
