Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care in Waxhaw, NC is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans and supervise RBTs, guiding families and multidisciplinary teams to drive client success.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Current NC LBA licensure required.
• Master’s in ABA or related field required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams for client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethics, regulations, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve clinical SOPs.
