Job summary

ABA A Step At A Time Care (ASAT) is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinician-led, parent-founded ABA team in Catonsville, MD. The BCBA will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to drive client success in an outcomes-based model.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• MD LBA licensure is required.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience with early learning curriculum scope and sequence.
• Experience conducting functional and skill-based assessments.
• Experience identifying goals for in-center, in-home, in-school, and in-community programs for individuals with autism.
• Experience training and supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Experience with parent training and conveying the importance of consistent ABA treatment.
• Insurance-funded protocols experience is preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients’ lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct functional and skill-based assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
• Maintain compliance with ethical, regulatory, and payer standards.
• Proactively improve company clinical standard operating procedures.
