Job summary

Jobot in Temecula, CA, is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children with autism. The role includes supervision of RBTs, data-driven treatment adjustments, and collaboration with families and clinical teams.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience developing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Experience administering assessments such as VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS-R, Brigance, and conducting FBAs.
• Strong understanding of ABA methodologies, including DTT, NET, and VB.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.
• Design, implement, and oversee evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff, including ongoing training and feedback.
• Analyze data regularly to evaluate client progress and adjust treatments.
• Collaborate with caregivers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistency across settings.
• Provide parent training and support to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with standards.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
