Jobot is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Long Beach, CA area to design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism. You will conduct standardized assessments and collaborate with families and support staff to drive meaningful progress.

The role requires BCBA certification, a master's in ABA or related field, and hands‑on experience with VB‑MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA, using DTT, NATS/NET, and VB methods.
