Job summary
Behavior Frontiers in Downey, CA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding ABA team and deliver life-changing services to children with autism. Qualified candidates hold a master’s in ABA or related field, BCBA certification, and at least 1 year of program design/implementation experience, including VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
We offer unlimited PTO, paid maternity leave, up to a $12,000 annual bonus, a $1,300 learning stipend, free
Qualifications
- Requires BCBA certification with a master’s degree in ABA or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
- Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement ABA programs for children with autism.
- Conduct and interpret VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
- Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
