Qualifications

• BCBA with a master’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, behavior science, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Hands-on experience conducting VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Strong knowledge of DTT, NATS/NET, and VB methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement ABA programs for children with autism.
• Conduct ongoing behavior assessments and data collection.
• Collaborate with families and schools to support generalization of skills.
• Provide training and supervision to junior staff as needed.
