Job summary

Jobot is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team in the Long Beach, CA area. You will design and oversee individualized ABA programs for children with autism and conduct a range of standardized assessments.

Collaborating with families and support staff, you will drive meaningful progress while applying DTT, NET, and VB methodologies. We offer a competitive base salary with annual bonus and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification with a master's in ABA or related field.
• At least 1 year designing/implementing ABA programs for children with autism.
• Experience with VB-MAPP, Vineland, ABLLS, Brigance, and FBA assessments.
• Knowledge of DTT, NET, and VB methodologies.
