Job summary

TEEMA is partnering with a leading behavioral health organization to recruit BCBAs in California and other states. You will lead development and oversight of individualized treatment programs for children with autism, working with families and clinical teams to drive meaningful outcomes.

The role requires BCBA certification and a Master’s degree; supervise RBTs, coach caregivers, and maintain thorough documentation. Excellent leadership, competitive pay, and relocation support offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ability to develop and oversee individualized treatment plans.
• Experience providing ABA services and supervision of RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and FBAs.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and other clinical staff.
• Provide parent coaching and education.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ensure adherence to ethical and professional standards.
