• BCBA certification required.
• Experience in developing and implementing client programs in ABA.
• Leadership or mentorship experience with entry-level staff.

Responsibilities

• Craft tailored ABA programs to meet each child's needs.
• Collaborate with families and clinicians to ensure high-quality care.
• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians providing direct services.
• Use data-driven tools to track progress and update reports.
• Work with a cross-functional team to fulfill ACES’ mission.
