The role offers a competitive base salary ranging from $93,000 to $105,000 per year, with up to $30,000 in annual incentives, relocation options, and a hybrid work setup with strong clinical support from regional

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification.
• Experience designing and implementing ABA programs.
• Willingness to mentor and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement tailored ABA programs for children.

• Mentor and supervise Behavior Technicians in delivering services.
