Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to oversee ABA treatment programs for children with autism. You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and partner with families to drive meaningful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• North Carolina licensure (or ability to obtain) required.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to children with ASD.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide parent training and caregiver support.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
