So Love Autistic Center is seeking a BCBA/LBS to lead high-quality, evidence-based ABA services for children aged 2–8. You will supervise therapists, design individualized treatment plans, and partner with families to drive meaningful, durable outcomes.

Qualifications

• BCBA or LBS certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for children ages 2–8.
• Supervising and mentoring ABA therapists to ensure high-quality implementation of therapy.
• Collaborating with families to promote skill generalization across home, school, and community settings.
• Tracking progress and making data-driven decisions to optimize outcomes.
• Adhering to IBHS guidelines and maintaining compliance with Medicaid and private insurance requirements.
