Job summary

Ready Set Connect Autism Centers is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to plan, develop, and monitor behavioral support services for children with autism in the clinic setting. You will oversee ABA Therapists and BCBA Candidates, develop treatment plans, and ensure data-driven, compliant practice.

Travel to sites may be required, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend coverage. Strong leadership, data analysis, and collaborative skills are essential, along with LIC/BCBA

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology or related field (preferably BACB‑accredited).
• BACB certification for Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Solid knowledge of ABA principles and ethical standards.
• Experience with ACE ABA Data System.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor behavioral support plans and intervention programs.
• Conduct VBMAPP, PEAK, AFLS, and Functional Behavior Assessments.
• Supervise ABA Therapists, BCBA Candidates, and RBTs/BCaBAs.
• Provide training and supervision in clinic and home settings.
• Maintain data collection and analysis systems for treated children.
• Deliver school and community consultations as needed.
