Job summary

MATRIX BEHAVIOR SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) to work in Monroe County, PA. The role involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapy in various settings.

Qualified candidates should have BACB certification, a master's degree in a mental health field, and experience working with children or adolescents. The position offers flexible hours and various benefits, including health insurance and paid time off.

Qualifications

• BACB certification in good standing.
• Behavior Specialist License required.
• Master's degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field with one year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• One year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
• Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings using evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision to BHT or RBT workers.
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
