Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking BCBAs & Licensed Behavior Specialists to provide services in Luzerne County!

BCBAs Earn $100,000 for 30 billable hours weekly!

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
• Develop treatment plans based on the findings of the FBA using evidence‐based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers.
• Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data during each session with the client.
• Reduce challenging behaviors ‑ aggression, property destruction, tantrums, etc.
• Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
• Provide clinical support to direct care staff.
• Implement consequences related to appropriate and inappropriate behavior.
• Coordinate communication with other supporting agencies.
• Exchange information clearly and concisely with appropriate parties and concerns.
• Complete and submit all paperwork, including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans and assessments in a timely manner.

Qualifications and Skills

• BCBA Certification in good standing.
• Behavior Specialist License required.
• Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field.
• One year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.

Salary

Salary range: $82,000 – $100,000 per year.

Matrix covers up to 84% of health premium and up to 60% of dental premium.

Experience

Certifications and Licenses

• BCBA
• Must have one of the following licenses: BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist.

Staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts of degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances). Must also complete NSOR verification and an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
