Job Overview

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC seeks Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) to provide ABA services in Berks County. The company focuses on high‑quality services, employee well‑being, and a collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS, and ABLLS‑R assessments.
• Develop treatment plans based on the FBA findings using evidence‑based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers.
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as endorsed by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data during each session with the client.
• Reduce challenging behaviors such as aggression, property destruction, and tantrums.
• Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Provide support to parents, teachers, and community officials.
• Offer clinical support to direct care staff.
• Implement consequences for appropriate and inappropriate behavior.
• Coordinate communication with other supporting agencies.
• Exchange information clearly and concisely with all parties.
• Complete and submit paperwork, including session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans, and assessments, in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Behavior Specialist license required.
• Master's degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field and at least one year of documented paid experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
• One year of paid experience working with children or adolescents (preferred).

Certifications and Licenses

• BCBA
• Must hold one of the following licenses: BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist.

Schedule and Hours

Full‑time and part‑time availability. Hours include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and overtime. Standard day shift Monday‑Friday.

Additional Requirements

Staff must have appropriate background checks, transcripts, and clearances to work with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances). Must complete the National Sex Offender Registry verification and hold an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
