Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification in good standing.
• Behavior Specialist license required.
• At least one year of paid experience with children or adolescents is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments.
• Develop treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers.
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings.
• Collect and analyze data during sessions.
