Job summary

MATRIX BEHAVIOR SOLUTIONS, LLC is seeking BCBAs and LBS to provide high-quality services in Lehigh and Northampton County. The position involves conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing direct care staff in various environments including home and school.

Qualified candidates must have a Master's Degree in a mental health field, BACB Certification, and a Behavior Specialist License. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• One year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
• Preferred: One year of paid experience working with children or adolescents.

Job description

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC seeks BCBAs and LBS to provide services in Lehigh and Northampton County. The organization was founded by parents of two children with special needs and focuses on high‑quality services and employee care.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
• Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings using evidence‑based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers.
• Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school, and community environments.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data during each session with the client.
• Reduce challenging behaviors—aggression, property destruction, tantrums, etc.
• Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
• Provide clinical support to direct care staff.
• Implement consequences related to appropriate and inappropriate behavior.
• Coordinate communication with other supporting agencies.
• Exchange information clearly and concisely with the appropriate parties and concerns.
• Complete and submit all paperwork, including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans, and assessments in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Licenses and Background Checks

• Must have background checks, transcripts of degree, and clearances to work in direct contact with children and adolescents (ACT 33, 34 and FBI clearances).
• Must complete NSOR verification and an active Mandated Reporting Certificate (Act 31).
