Job summary

Ideal candidates will have BCBA Certification, a Master's Degree in a mental health field, and experience working with children or adolescents. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and supervising staff.

Qualifications

• Must have BCBA Certification in good standing.
• Behavior Specialist License is required.
• Master's Degree (MS or MA) in a mental health field is required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• One year of paid experience working with children or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA).
• Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings.
• Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers.
• Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in various settings.
• Collect data during each session.
