Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year documented paid experience working with children, adolescents or youth required.
• Preferred: 1 year of paid experience working with children or adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop treatment plans.
• Provide clinical supervision of BHT or RBT workers.
• Direct 1:1 ABA therapy in various environments.
• Collect data and analyze to adapt programming.

Skills

BACB Certification in good standing

Behavior Specialist License

Valid driver's license

Experience working with children or adolescents

Education

Master's Degree in a mental health field
