Job description

Matrix Behavior Solutions, LLC is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) to provide services in Monroe County, PA.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA), VB MAPP, AFLS and ABLLS-R assessments.
• Develop treatment plans based on FBA findings using evidence‑based practices.
• Provide clinical supervision to BHT or RBT workers.
• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in home, school and community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans as written by the supervising BCBA.
• Collect data during each session with the client.
• Reduce challenging behaviors—aggression, property destruction, tantrums, etc.
• Analyze data to adapt and adjust programming.
• Provide support to parents, teachers, or community officials.
• Model appropriate behaviors.
• Offer clinical support to direct care staff.
• Implement consequences relating to appropriate and inappropriate behavior.
• Coordinate communication with other supporting agencies.
• Exchange information clearly and concisely with relevant parties.
• Complete and submit all paperwork, including documentation of session notes, encounter logs, treatment plans and assessments in a timely manner.

Salary

W2 employees $60 per hour. Matrix covers up to 84% of your health premium. Matrix provides a company-sponsored 401(k) plan. Two weeks paid time off at your main billable rate even for part‑time positions. Performance bonuses.

Tuition Reduction
