Job summary

Blue Bird Day, LLC is seeking a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Wheaton, IL to deliver behavior therapy to children aged 2-7 with ASD and related needs. You will design individualized treatment plans, coach caregivers, and supervise RBTs and ABA students in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR.
• Experience delivering behavior therapy to children with autism and related neurodevelopmental needs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide caregiver coaching and support to families.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students.
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, PT, SW).
