Job summary

Blue Bird Day, LLC is seeking a Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Wheaton, IL to deliver behavior therapy to children aged 2-7 with ASD and related needs. You will design individualized treatment plans, coach caregivers, and supervise RBTs and ABA students in a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR.

Responsibilities

Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Therapeutic Day Program

140 E. Loop Rd. Wheaton, IL | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM - no evenings or weekends.

• Total Compensation Package: Valued between $91,000-$102,000.
• Annual Salary: $74,000–$82,000, based on experience and qualifications.
• Annual Increases: Annual merit-based increases.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Blue Bird Day, you will provide behavior therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll support our clients cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth.
