Job summary

Blue Bird Day in Wheaton, IL is seeking a Part-Time Licensed BCBA/LBA to provide behavior therapy for children aged 2-7 with ASD and related needs. The role emphasizes evidence-based treatment within a collaborative clinic.

The position includes supervision of RBTs/students, caregiver coaching, and close coordination with a multidisciplinary team. On-site role with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA required.
• BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active Illinois LBA license through IDFPR.
• Experience delivering behavior therapy to children with ASD or neurodevelopmental differences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and build evidence-based treatment plans.
• Provide caregiver coaching and support.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students.
• Collaborate daily with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, PT, SW).
