Blue Bird Day in Wheaton, IL seeks a Licensed BCBA to provide behavior therapy for children aged 2-7 with ASD, ADHD, and related needs. You will support cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth within a collaborative clinic setting.

Responsibilities include assessments, evidence-based plans, caregiver coaching, and supervision of RBTs, with opportunities for leadership roles and ongoing CEU support in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR.
• Experience providing behavior therapy services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences.

Responsabilités

• Conduct behavioral assessments and build evidence-based, individualized treatment plans.
• Provide caregiver coaching and support.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and ABA students.

Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Therapeutic Day Program

140 E. Loop Rd. Wheaton, IL | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM - no evenings or weekends.

Compensation & Benefits

• Total Compensation Package: Valued between $91,000-$102,000.
• Annual Salary: $74,000–$82,000, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role
