Job summary

Blue Bird Day, LLC in Wheaton, IL, is hiring a Part-Time Licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA/LBA) to provide behavior therapy to children ages 2-7 with ASD and related needs in a therapeutic day program.

You will conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, coach caregivers, and supervise RBTs and ABA students while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team (OT, SLP, PT, SW) in a clinic setting. The role offers weekday schedule with no evenings or weekends.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Active Illinois Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license through IDFPR.
• Experience providing behavior therapy services to children with autism and/or other neurodevelopmental differences.

Responsibilities

Wheaton, IL | Part-Time - no evenings or weekends.

• Hourly Rate: $36-$41/hour
• Paid Time Off and Paid Sick Leave
• 401(k) Retirement Plan: Available for all employees; company match $1 for $1 for first 3% and $.50 for $1 up to another 2%.

As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) at Blue Bird Day, you will provide behavior therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll support our clients cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth.
