Blue Gems ABA is actively seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Westminster, MD team. The role focuses on conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing clinical oversight to RBTs, while promoting a collaborative, growth-oriented culture.

The successful candidate will lead data-driven interventions, partner with families and schools, and support ongoing professional development within a supportive environment that prioritizes work-life

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification and BACB credential.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Experience working with children preferred.
• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide clinical oversight and supervision to RBTs.
• Develop and monitor behavior intervention and skill-acquisition programs.
• Analyze data and make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Provide caregiver training and support.
• Collaborate with families, RBTs, schools, and other professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed.
• Provide ongoing feedback, modeling, and support to RBTs.
