Job summary

Developmental Pathways is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Van Nuys, CA. You will assess individuals on the autism spectrum, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to deliver evidence-based care.

The role offers full-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, competitive salary between $80,000 and $90,000 per year, and travel to client homes/offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs).
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
