Job summary

Developmental Pathways Inc is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for full-time and part-time roles in the Los Angeles area. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to drive client progress.

The role requires a Master’s in ABA, BCBA certification, and willingness to travel to client homes or offices. Spanish language skills are a plus; flexible scheduling and hybrid options are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA required.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ background check and demonstrate strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS) and design individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists, and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress; deliver detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff; provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes/offices for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection/analysis.
