Behavioral-Perspective-Inc. seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver therapy services to children, teens, and young adults with Autism.

You will mentor Behavior Technicians, collaborate with professionals, and manage caseloads with a strong emphasis on quality and outcomes. You will work across clinic, home, school, and community settings, guiding treatment through data analysis, FBAs, and individualized behavior intervention plans.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA or closely related field.
• Active BCBA certification and license required.
• One+ year of BCBA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Behavior Technicians across clinic, home, school, and community settings.
• Collaborate with families and schools to coordinate care.
• Develop and update client programs and FBAs/behavior plans.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and data reviews.
