Job summary

Developmental Pathways Inc. seeks experienced BCBA professionals to work with individuals on the autism spectrum in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, and supervising therapists to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) or equivalent.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB.
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs/BTs), and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress with detailed progress reports and updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes and offices for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
