Job summary

Developmental Pathways, Inc is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to work with children and adults on the autism spectrum, delivering assessments and individualized plans.

You will supervise Program Managers and Behavior Therapists, provide supervision hours for BCBA candidates, and help manage client contracts across service codes. Travel between sites and to meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Must be a current BCBA through the BACB.
• Travel between client homes and offices, and to meetings and training as required.
• Must have a valid CA driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills.
• Bilingual applicants highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with children and adults on the autism spectrum, providing assessments and individualized plans.
• Conduct client sessions and functional behavior assessments including VB MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.
• Create individualized programming for clients.
• Supervise and train Program Managers and Behavior Therapists (RBT, BT, and Therapists).
• Provide supervision hours for BCBA candidates and supervise meetings.
• Manage contract fulfillment across service codes and ensure progress reports and updates.
