Job summary

Developmental Pathways Inc. is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in the Los Angeles area to assess individuals on the autism spectrum and develop personalized intervention plans. Join a collaborative team of BCBAs and therapists to deliver evidence-based care.

You will supervise staff, report progress, and help ensure service quality across client homes and offices with flexibility for full-time or part-time scheduling. Travel is required to support assessments and training.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Current BCBA certification through the BACB.
• Bilingual (Spanish Preferred).
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass an FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists, and BCBA candidates.
• Develop and monitor client progress with detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.
