Job summary

Developmental Pathways Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a BCBA to work with individuals on the autism spectrum. You will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to ensure client progress.

The role offers full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling, supervision hours, and opportunities for CEUs. Candidates must hold a BCBA certification and have a Master’s in ABA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in ABA is required.
• Current BCBA certification through BACB is required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel.
• Ability to pass FBI/DOJ clearance and background check.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs.
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates.
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and CEUs.
• Travel to client homes and offices as needed for assessments, meetings, and training.
• Ensure compliance with insurance expectations and maintain data collection and analysis.

We are looking for passionate, Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our growing team. Full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling are available.

Position Overview:
As a BCBA, you will work directly with individuals on the autism spectrum, conducting assessments and creating individualized behavior intervention plans. You’ll collaborate with a team of Behavior Therapists to provide high-quality care and ensure client progress. We are looking for professionals who are committed to improving the quality of life for those with autism through evidence-based strategies.
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (VB-MAPP, Vineland, AFLS, etc.) and create individualized behavior intervention programs
• Provide supervision to Program Managers, Behavior Therapists (RBTs, BTs), and BCBA candidates, ensuring high-quality service delivery
• Develop and monitor client progress, providing detailed progress reports and monthly updates
• Supervise staff and provide ongoing supervision hours and continuing education (CEUs)

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
• Valid CA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are highly preferred
