The Treetop ABA is seeking a dedicated BCBA to join our clinician-led team in Winston-Salem, NC. This full-time role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA services with strong mentorship and administrative support to ensure clinician wellbeing and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) is required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with goals at home/community.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
