The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA in Winston-Salem, NC to lead clinical care across in-center and remote settings. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
