The Treetop ABA in Raleigh, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead compassionate, evidence-based care in a clinician-led team.

You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, train and supervise RBTs, and collaborate with peers to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality outcomes
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development
