Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a BCBA to deliver in-center clinical services with a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and WFH options available. Competitive base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus monthly bonuses and a sign-on bonus may be offered.

You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise staff, collect data, and collaborate with peers to ensure high-quality client outcomes while maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
