The Treetop ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical programs, supervise staff, and drive data-based treatment plans for a diverse caseload in-home. You’ll collaborate with a supportive team and leverage AI-assisted tools to streamline care while maintaining high clinical standards.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and NC LBA licensure.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
