Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA with NC licensure to lead and supervise ABA services in Matthews, NC. This full-time role offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 with monthly bonus opportunities, and a sign-on bonus. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule, no nights or weekends, and WFH options.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
