The Treetop ABA in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a BCBA to join a clinician-led team focused on high-quality behavioral care. This full-time role supports in-home services with a strong emphasis on work-life balance, collaboration, and ethical practice.

You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, mentor RBTs, and work with families across clinic, home, and community settings. Enjoy a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, sign-on bonus, and optional work-from-home arrangements.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy with families in clinic, home, and community settings.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and guide treatment.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development.
