The Treetop ABA is seeking a licensed BCBA to lead clinical services in Pinehurst, NC. This full‑time role focuses on delivering high-quality ABA therapy, supervising a team, and guiding treatment with data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and consistent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
