The Treetop ABA in Pinehurst, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care in-center. Enjoy a collaborative team, supportive leadership, and a schedule that runs Mon–Fri with no nights or weekends.

In this role you will conduct FBAs, create individualized treatment plans, and supervise RBTs. We offer $85,000–$100,000 base salary plus monthly bonuses, a sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package: 23 paid days off, 401(k) with match, CEU stipend, and mentorship.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
