Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Charlotte, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care in-center with flexible work-from-home options. You will conduct FBAs, develop treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with peers to ensure exceptional, evidence-based outcomes.

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000–$100,000 base with monthly bonus opportunities, a sign-on bonus, and a schedule Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends, plus WFH options to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver ABA therapy in the clinic and support family goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development.
