Job summary

The Treetop ABA is hiring a BCBA in Charlotte, NC. This in-home, Monday–Friday role offers a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 with additional monthly bonus opportunities and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

Must hold BCBA certification and NC LBA license.
Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
Strong collaboration and client-focused mindset required.

Responsibilities

Conduct FBAs and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and home/community settings.
Mentor and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
Collaborate with clinicians to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.
Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions and measure progress.
Participate in team meetings and professional development.
