Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Greensboro, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care and supervision in a supportive, clinician-led environment. Join a team that values collaboration, flexibility, and high-quality care for clients with autism and developmental disabilities.

Expect a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, in-center work, and a base salary of $85,000–$100,000 plus monthly bonuses and a sign-on bonus where offered.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
