Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions for children with autism, while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or sitting for exam within 3 months.
• Proven ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise intervention implementations for children with autism.
• Track progress and share in clients' achievements as skills grow.
• Discuss assessments and treatment plans with families to ensure understanding.
• Monitor for issues and communicate concerns to advocate for clients.
• Supervise and train behavioral technicians; support team growth.
