Job summary

Springboard ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Fayetteville, AR to provide direct supervision to RBTs and develop individualized treatment plans for children across Arkansas. This role supports families and ensures high-quality, compliant ABA services in a hybrid in-home setting.

The BCBA will conduct assessments, monitor progress, and collaborate with families to generalize skills, while maintaining professional standards and documentation.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Experience in ABA therapy; clinical leadership a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed.
